We formally institute the Wood County Literary Gazette (WCLG).
At the said initiation, we also introduce our first official charter members into our newly-formed WCLG.
We also establish the officers who will run WCLG meetings.
The WCLG President, has three jobs: 1)call meetings to order, 2) read the roll call, 3)and order the meetings.
The WCLG Vice-President, has one job: stand in for the president if he/she is not available.
The WCLG Editor, has two jobs: 1) compiling the works of individual authors, and 2) drawing up the newspaper that contains the said works.
The WCLG Secretary has two jobs: 1)keep track of the minutes, and 2) keeping these minutes organized and archived properly.
All offices shall be voted on at the beginning of each school year.
Whoever wishes to be nominated for President, Vice-President, Secretary, or Editor shall send a notice to Editor, in the last publication of the month, which notice shall be published in the last publication of the newspaper. The nominees will be read aloud at the meeting, and next year's officers will be voted on at the said meeting.
